How to play Eyelets

  1. Draw a path whose line segments each connect one socket to another; other than that, the path's rules are consistent with an ordinary path, and every socket must be on the path. Some segments may be provided.
  2. The boxes (rectangles on the board) whose sockets (unshaded pearls) are being connected by some segment must share some amount of edge orthogonally, and a segment may not connect two sockets that are in the same box.
  3. Segments may not pass through the exact centers of sockets other than the two being connected. Any small shaded pearls on the board also may not be passed through exactly, but are not sockets, and thus cannot be connected to.
  4. Full-size shaded pearls mark the start and end sockets of the path.
